By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. ADDITIONAL POLICY CLARIFICATIONS

We do not possess any personal information; all the information we collect pertains to user company information, not personal data. We do not track information continuously; tracking occurs only when users interact with padlocks. Additionally, we only collect geolocation data from users who engage with lock-related activities.

Our application is not intended for children, and we exclusively serve large enterprises. Presently, our services are limited to India.

HOW CAN YOU REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU?

To request a review, update, or deletion of your personal information, please email us at dev@deltafour.co. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

Please note that any photos taken within the app for safety purposes are considered part of the company's assets and may be subject to retention requirements imposed by relevant authorities. Therefore, the deletion of such photos may require approval from the respective authorities or supervisors within your organisation. If you require the deletion of specific photos taken within the app, please provide appropriate authorization or guidance from your organisation's designated authorities along with your deletion request. We will process such requests in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and respond to you accordingly.

We collect certain information to ensure the safety of individuals working within factory premises and to comply with government regulations. Specifically, we collect data to verify the status of devices, ensuring that safety protocols are followed. In accordance with government rules, we are obligated to retain these records for a period of 3 to 5 years to adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Ownership of Data and Data Handling

All data and configurations gathered through our services belong to the respective tenant companies utilising our platform. Upon request from the client, we are prepared to delete or transfer the data. To initiate such actions, clients are required to formally request the deletion or transfer of data via email to dev@deltafour.com. This ensures that the control and management of the data remain in the hands of the tenant company, providing them with the autonomy to manage their information as they see fit.

Location Data Collection

As part of our Bluetooth lock package, we may request location data from clients. This data is solely utilised for identification purposes related to the location of the lock. It's important to note that this location data is not stored or retained by our systems. We prioritise the security and privacy of our clients' data and ensure that location information is used exclusively for the intended purpose of identifying lock locations, without any permanent storage or retention.
